Who we are
HonthemHome is Vivienne's holiday house at Honthem 47, 6269 NP Margraten, the Netherlands. For privacy questions, email info@honthemhome.nl.
What data we process
When you send a booking request, we process your name, email address, phone number, country, chosen dates, number of guests, requested extras and your message. We use this data only to answer your request and arrange your stay.
Your request is emailed to Vivienne and you receive a copy. We use two email services that act as processors for this: Resend (sending) and addy.io (forwarding email sent to our address to Vivienne).
Spam protection (reCAPTCHA)
The booking form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Google processes data about your device and behaviour on the page to detect abuse. See Google's privacy policy.
Google Maps
The map showing our location is loaded from Google Maps. Google processes data such as your IP address and may set cookies; see Google's privacy policy.
Statistics
We measure visitor numbers anonymously and without cookies. We use no tracking cookies of our own and no advertising networks. External services: the Google Maps map (see below) and reCAPTCHA, which only loads at the booking form.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a stay are deleted within 12 months. Data about stays is kept as long as the law requires (for example for bookkeeping and tourist tax).
Your rights
You can always ask which data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Just email us. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
