Booking
A request via the website is without obligation. The booking is final after written confirmation by Vivienne and receipt of the €250 down payment. The remainder is due before arrival.
Cancellation
Up to 5 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund. After that a refund is not guaranteed; please always get in touch.
Prices
The nightly price applies to 1–2 guests and varies by period; you see the price for your dates straight away in the booking form. Extra guests €25 per person per night or €125 per person per week (3–6 guests on request). Final cleaning €50, tourist tax €2.70 per person per night. Gas, electricity and wood for sauna and fireplace (within reason) are included.
Linen
Bring your own bed, bath and kitchen linen or rent it: bed linen €12.50, bath linen (4 towels) €10, bathrobe €10 per person per stay. Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided, as are shampoo, shower gel and basics such as salt and pepper.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Minimum stay 2 nights. Maximum 6 guests.
The house
The house is open-plan; only the bunk room and the toilet can be closed off. The pool is not fenced: children only under supervision. The ladder to the loft is steep.
